The specs don't say how many watts it uses. Difficult to say, but I know drivers that run a household mini fridge in their trucks overnight, and as long as your batteries are fairly new you shouldn't have any problem. If you wake up in the early morning with the low voltage warning bell going off in your truck, you'll have your answer.

Other problem you’ll have is the vibration and pounding from the road. They don’t live long as the compressor and components are not designed for the pounding

Everything is 115 volts in America. Minus dryers and stoves and central ac.

How many watts they pull is a different story. Usually compressors might require up to 3x running watts to get em kick started.

A small window ac is around 350 running watts give or take. Expect over 1000 peak watts to Kickstart that baby.

Looks like that fridge pulls less so you should be good to go

They seem to last in campers and R V s. A small gas generator, with a battery charger. Will come in handy , when the batteries go down.

Our little truck microwave ovens are a perfect example. I started mine up once forgetting to start the truck first. Pushed the on button on the oven and almost immediately my low voltage buzzer started on my truck to remind me that I messed up.

You can run this fridge without problem. Just make sure wires from battery to invertor are rated for current and connection is clean and tight.

Those are designed as a 3 way fridge
Gas,12V and 120AC the compressor is mounted and encased in a rubber mount
Vastly different from your dorm fridge
