im getting very close to calling a recruiter and getting my ticket. My work history is not extremely good. I have a few jobs that only lasted a month or so and quit. And some that lasted 5-6 months. Never fired just quit. If I don’t list each and every one would they be able to find the ones I don’t list?

Prime probably will find out; Stevens Transport probably won't be that concerned.

If I just list them all do you think I will still get accepted? All the jobs were meat processing plants mainly and just weren’t my thing.

Hard to say; some companies are understanding about that and some aren't.
Maybe apply with two companies; list them all with one and not with the other.
Many companies are just concerned with job hopping after you get a cdl, but Prime is concerned with everything.

If it were me, I'd just apply. The worst they can say is no. It only takes one yes to get started, then the other nos wont matter

This Mega Carrier thing is nuts. Crazy they look for so many people for OTR.
Is there that much work or are the candidates not qualified once they get out there?

it is still employment, and accounts for your time. i say jot them down and why you left, "not a job for me", or something like that.

if you do not jot them down, NOW you have to explain your whereabouts......and you "might need" letters from people like a lawyer, clergy, to back up your gaps....

also, by not jotting them down, it "speaks" to the companies, that you are hiding something.
