I have my sockets I am using scribed and then I use a paint marker. I put a dab with the paint marker on the cap and the point of the bolt then go to it, with the impact.
I put the main cap on by hand and tap it with a hammer to be sure it is seated square. Then torque it then turn it do every one the same way right side then left. how ever you want just do it the same all the time.

Using a impact for the final turn is the only way I do it.
