Central Refrigerated Lease program questions

I want to know if anyone has ANYTHING positive to say about the lease program at Central Refrigerated. I have read many, many, many negative posts about lease programs at Central and the other big companies. I am very skeptical at this point about getting into a lease after reading all of the negative comments. I would like to know if anyone has completed the lease with a positive outcome or is currently participating in the lease program with a positive experience. I am due to sign the lease in two weeks, so any insight into the experience from people who have or are currently living with it would be SO helpful.
