Changing from interstate to intrastate

    I’ve recently got my mc authority but having a difficult time obtaining irp tags. I’ve submitted the application twice but the dmv keeps asking for additional information that has previously been submitted. Is it possible to change from interstate to intrastate so I can avoid the hassle with this application and start working asap? I will not be traveling to other states. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
