    It says it’s either over charging and or a short circuit and it can Fry your ECM. It could be a faulty harness etc. It warns not to drive it until it’s checked out.

    I'm working on it, when I put the ignition on the ECM sey the voltage is 12.7 but when started it going low 2.5 and don't accelerated more than 13 rpm I don't know what's the problem

    Did you check the battery connectors ?

    Also sey the voltage control sensor is bad but I don't know where is located in my truck
