Comdata question

Swift sent my mileage reimbursement from orientation to my Comdata card, $60 and change. The ATM only gives $20's and with the ATM fee and Comdata fee I could only get $40. I still have $18 sitting there. All my pay from now on is setup for direct deposit through the kiosk but I want my $18. How do I get it?

Write yourself a comcheck, or you can set up direct deposit right off your card no fees.

 

I thought of that but have been all over the Comdata website and can't find out where to do it after logging in. Nothing comes up using the search box either and there is no FAQ section. Lost

 

Call the 800 number enter your card number then your pin. Have check ready and enter that number when it tells you to do so. Your golden with your 18.00 remeber there is like a .50 fee though..

 

Wow, all of that for 18 bucks.

Leave it in there, as you will need it more in the future.

Keep track of what is in there, and use it to your advantage.

You can use it as a debit card at walmart or mcdonalds. You can even get cashback at walmart.

 

Thanks for the replies. I got it fixed. They had me assigned to 2 different Comdata cards but it's fixed now and I have access to my money.
