Companies hiring while I am still on probation?

    Does anyone know of companies that hire while still on probation? Driving record is clean.

    Which state do you live in?
    Which city/town are you in or near?
    Do you have endorsements?
    Do you have a cdl?

    You need to have a conversation with your PO. Until you are cleared by said PO to leave the state (or Federal Court District) you are wasting your time. So much of this depends on that PO and what you are on probation for!

    In PA. Have a CDL and tanker and doubles endorsements. No restrictions on movement out of state.

    A lot of this will greatly depend on the crime

    Drugs? Maybe not?
    Kicking someone’s ###? Again maybe not
    Robery? Same

    Just bad luck. Wrong place. Probably good

    Unless it’s from several year’s ago

    Thanks guys . . was a low level, non-violent misdemeanor. Any actual examples of companies hiring those on probation? Looking for advice on where to look. Thanks!

    I know a dozen companies that will hire you. The reason I asked how much experience you have, is that opens even more doors.
    Submit applications first before calling. The trucking websites have the applications. Then wait a couple days and make phone calls and say, "I'm checking on my driving job application."
    ~
    Having a criminal record and being on probation the answer is usually a big 'No' on a phone call. If you already have an application on file, this increases your chances of being hired.
