I'm in the process of filling out applications to get pre-hired at Heavy Metal Trucking School in MN. On the applications, it asks for previous licenses and numbers. I lived in MN until 1991, taking a job in NE. Had and NE license, then was transferred to WI in 93. Company merged with another then went under, then I moved back to MN in 95. I no longer have NE and WI licenses and wonder if I should even put them on the application? These are C and D licenses.

I'll ask the recruiter tomorrow too. I want to know what you guys think as well.

just list what you can remember. if the numbers are a problem for you to remember just put the state/year they were issued from and say "turned in long ago"....

if it goes past 5 years i wouldn't even worry about it, as i seem to remember that all they ask you for on applications...
