I never cashed my orientation advance because when I got to a flying j, they had no idea what the number was. They ran it under several different things, and it didn't come up as an authorized advance (276.00). Now, come to find out, conway still deducted that advance from my paycheck. Werner had a direct line to pay role, but I can't find one for conway. Thanks for the read and any help.

Sounds like you were gave a com check express code ... (I dislike those )

    Like the others said.
    Call payroll.
I bet it was a com check# and needed to deduct the buck thirty.
    Anyhow, they'll make it right.
That's one thing, in 20 plus years here, never once worried about not getting my $.
Might have had a snafu, usually on my part, but was always made right.

Yeah I am careful with Comcheck s
Prefer just to load it on comdata card and get cash when fueling.
Plus if you forget to get it by end of pay period it will automatically drop back and go on paycheck.
Only time I use Comcheck is for lumpers and send money to the kids.

    paul_4lp Thanks this.

talk to fleet manager first then talk to someone in the payroll department and keep talking to people even if that means you have to go over your fleet manager to his boss.

don't stop talking to people and do not let your fleet manager forget about this issue.

Agreed. I have a typo-ed reimbursement or missed extra stop every few weeks, but once pointed out it is promptly fixed.
