I was wondering if anyone would know the cost or who I would contact about the cost to ship an engine from Pennsylvania to Michigan.

Google Maps says it is 694 Mi each way and the engine weighs approximately 2500 pounds. It would have to be shipped both ways.

Put it up as a partial load on a load board and it shouldn’t be too crazy

I think some of the LTL companies have a quote calculator on their website. Maybe check ABF, Estes, Dayton, etc.....

Could also get a feel for a price on uship.com... Post a listing and drivers bid on it. I've used it and had large items delivered on the cheap w no issues. If you're patient then some guy will step up and make it a win/win backhaul deal. Just make sure they are insured and have cargo insurance.

$1100 each way from Hershey to Ann Arbor.

I know, I've done it before.

Oh and if you value it, then don't ship via Ushi***

So, was that a T or P at the end there? :)
And of what I've heard UShip is the last place you want to go. Well, unless you actually get their DOT and insurance numbers and verify they actually belong to the company providing service....
Even then you are likely better off with R+L or the like.

Wait, you drive a truck. Why pay another truck to ship your engine? Get a load wherever it is and go get it paying for your trip back.....and then some if you play your cards right. If you're in a company truck just go on your off time and tell them you were sleep-driving.

Properly clean and drain fluids on engine maybe wrap openings with plastic and duct tape .. put engine on a solid pallet .. that way if you post pictures it looks like less of a issue to haul with other stuff

Toss the #### thing onto your catwalk and chain it ahead of your 5th wheel and go. You have the fuel to do it bobtail.

If you are buying an engine from one of the engine dealers in MI they should know the cost.
