d12 injector cup tool, where to buy?

Has anyone out there found a place that sales injector cup tools for the d12 volvo engines.

Here you go. Same tool that I used for my d12 earlier this summer. Bought the cups from the dealer. That was actually the best price I found for them. I think I paid 150$ for all 6?

volvo8873 how old of a d12 were you working on? I'm just asking to verify the FM12 tool will work before I purchase one. I'm working on a 95 d12a with copper cups 85104133. The dealer is not helpful and will not sell me a new tool. I've got the old cups out no problem I'm just up a creek knowing weather the FM installation tool is the correct size. It appears as if the swedging bit is to large for my cup.

 

Did your engine use brass or copper cups?

 

Mine used copper cups. I think you are right about the swedge bit being too big maybe.

 

I did mine on a 2005 D12D motor.

 

Do you still have the tool? Could you measure the diameter of the swedging bit with a micrometer or a caliper.

 

Yes I can do that give ne a day or two. Need to get back into work hard tommorrow.
