    Are you talking about the cab fan? Switches interupt power. They break either the positive OR negitive. usually the ground for something that uses a switch is close to thr object. Find your blower motor and follow the green wire.

    Yea, the ground is probably very close to the fan, or may not have a ground wire at all if its bolted to metal that is connected to the frame.
