    Hey there-

    There is some new information out about a potential class-action suit involving FedEx and employee classification practices. If you work for FedEx or know someone who does you may be eligible to join the investigation, which could lead to a class-action lawsuit.

    Currently there have already been 40 suits filed in 30 states across the country.

    I know I saw a report on FedEx predicting they're about to have some woes. This may be true. It may be a crock of bull. I'd research FedEx before going to work there.
