Does schneider give someone a second chance at the cdl school?

    I was doing well in the program a year ago but had to go home before I got my cdl because of family matters, the debt collections person said I could go back and finish if i didn't want to be billed shortly after I left but i couldnt.

    Today I got a recruitment flyer from them in the mail with my name on it but I'm not sure if they just mass spam mail those out to whoever.

    I plan on talking to a recruiter but was hoping i could find out what to expect ahead of calling

    Thanks in advance if you got any info

    One way to surely find out....pick that phone up. I doubt it now though. They have basically stopped CDL training because of the slow freight issues.

    Follow up on the recruitment flyer and/or apply to other companies that have cdl training.
    Might have better luck with reefer companies because they're also hauling lots of dry van freight , plus can haul refrigerated and hazmat freight.

    I'd bet yes, they will put you back in the CAT program.

    Hey, sorry to hear about the family stuff getting in the way of your CDL program. Regarding the recruitment flyer, I totally get why you're curious if it's personalized or just mass-mailed. I'd say it's worth giving them a call and seeing what's what. Maybe they have some options or advice that could help you out.

    Update: I am eligible for rehire if i get my cdl on my own and they will do tuition reimbursement
