I saw on there website that they hire drivers with 1 year experience and drivers that have completed a approved trucking school was just wondering what the catch was if there is one

Get in and get an entry level job lumping freight on the dock/pushing a broom on the dock, doing what ever. Graduate up to a driving position that way.

Don't work for the "coolie" TL carriers.

As long as you have a clean record and all endorsements they will hire you.

doesn't work that way at most terminals

it depends where the terminal ....union rules at many terminals are the position you are hired for is your 1 and only position.....no moving from dock to yard or into driving

and do not take the word from the company call the local union hall
