Driving on private property with Defibrillator

    My position is a yard jockey ( driving only on private property )it is my understanding I can operate a vehicle with a defibrillator. Looking for some information to support this belief

    No hard ruling/legal case for you, but anecdotally I've known plenty of companies that have yard jockeys with no license, it's their property, therefore no license cdl or otherwise is required...

    in case you're wondering because your co. might not even want you to jockey, and you need the ammunition to show them that you could be medically qualified.
