The Danskebank European Freight Forwarding Index broke moved up from an index of 50 in August to 65 in September. This signifies that freight volumes increased during September. And the trend is set to continue during the fourth quarter of the year. The highest increase was from Eastern Europe (index up from 37 to 65) and from airfreight specialists (40 to 71). A more critical period is expected, however, during the first half of 2010
