Last July I had got a speeding ticket in Indiana. The company I had worked for is based out of Canada. I quit there and started running on my own authority. I had gotten a letter stating I had to provide insurance at the time of the citation. I reached out to them and after many emails and phone calls they had assured me they got it taken care of. We'll here I am 2 months later and just recieved a letter stating my license are suspended until insurance is proven. This company does not want to help me. They lie repeatedly. I'm at a loss on what I can do here??
I would call their insurance company directly and explain what happened and ask if they would send it to the court on your behalf. Doubtful they would send it to you buy they would probably supply it to the court.
Did you not have proof of insurance when you were pulled over? The only time this would have been brought up is when you had no proof of insurance. I would have gone to court on this one or at least gotten a local traffic lawyer involved to fix the problem.
