False log reporting entry deliberate to deceive

Truckers,
I have a lot of respect for truckers and am counting on an answer if possible.
My husband abandoned me so I was spying on his GPS for evidence to file separation without his knowing. 21 yr he became successful and left his family.
I just observed him engage in relations in a private home while logged into a company as making a delivery that was up the road. He then logged leaving business when he departed the private home. This is false log reporting yes? Its ok guys all the money is gone. This is just to support my decision to kick his ### to the curb!
Please explain what he just did besides telling me no sex since 2008! haha

 

It's legal what he did. He was on duty NOT DRIVING. He was just delivering a different kind of "LOAD" to his perferable customer.

 

Seems your trying to nail him to the cross, for what ? If he loses his job, you get no vaginamony and no child support if applicable.

 

BTW, Welcome to the forum sannett. Hope your not looking for vengance in this forum to get back at your husband for cheating. If you are you will be warned by the Mod's on here. Sorry to hear about your husbands infidelity.

Thank you again to the first poster. It still shows the mental abuse he has subjected me to. Hence leaving a comfortable life for principal not profit. Buddy, I am a disabled veteran and they tell me pleasant on the eyes. I don't see it thanks to hubby but there ya go. The old foggies at the va sure think so. Tell me again what your opinion is that I didn't ask?
He just drove off his 2nd seater (no notice) and went from 235000 to 90000. he has screwed up every good thing that has happened to our family and given our son 0 whom is getting married next week and will not buy me a ticket to Seattle. Tell me again? OK ty for the unsolicited advise.
He cut me off in December (expected) and started paying for it. Good he can get alot more with 9000 when he isn't getting it from me! Go home and tell your wife you love her.
I am losing the home, broke, empty, missing our son's wedding, sick PTSD disabled and thank God he's gone.

oh same guy sorry. See how crazy he's made me! I just want my freedom now the kids are grown. No vengence. Trust me my dad was a divorce attorney. We all lost this time.

 

Wow, it's just amazing how much personal business (dirty laundry) someone will post on a forum, and then get mad because people comment.
