well I dont have a direct awnser for you, but I have heard from people that work for fedex that they usualy peomote from within and the drivers apprentice program is usually for people already working at fedex on the docks. But it dosent hurt to try so call fed ex and ask to get the best answer.

Well pay varies in that range based on location and experience. As far as time I am not positive but I believe that there is no set time it depends on your progress and when a truck opens up for you
What division are you going to be working at? express/Freight/supply chain? They have different divisions and not all of them have the same programs with the same training.
