Fedex Freight, I recommend them even if you are a newer driver.

So after being laid off with Ups Freight i took my chances and went with Fedex freight.. Alot of guys told me that it would be the best company that I’ve ever been to and man oh man was they right. Only thing that sucks is that i had to get in the Driver Apprentice program since i only have 10 months of experience and not the year plus that they wanted me to. I’m stuck doing splits for now at the dock but what im hearing from the drivers is that its the best company they ever been to. No cry babies like at Ups Freight, None of that ( Oh now i dont want that run its too ####ty ), Everybody treats each other like BROTHERS.. Great trainers. Best move i have done. Oh and lets not forget.. Im only working the dock and im almost getting paid what a full time driver would get paid at Ups lol i can keep going on forever with the differences. Do I recommend it? Heck yes. Any other Fedex Freight employees out here? If so what’s your opinion on the company?

 

I take it that you have not had many jobs in your life.

 

Cdl jobs? Not many.. I’ve only been licensed since December of 2017. Why do you say that?

 

I have not seen nor heard much good about FedEx freight

 

Ehh.. I guess everybody has their own opinion. What have you heard though? Im curious lol

 

Just a bunch of inexperienced yahoos driving at breakneck speed down the highway

 

But I guess that’s why they got their trucks turn down

Just what I see with my own eyes

 

I work with my license lol i dont speed in my own car. All i think about when i drive is cha ching! Its not always about the driver also it can be another A Hole causing you to get in a accident! But i wont lie.. ive seen alot of truckers speed.. Those dont last too long.
