is there a pay raise or just xtra for tarping?

i know you eaither have to take a 2day course n omaha or ride with a trainer for 150 hrs would rather take course and be done tho

yeah there kinda rare, so i was hoping to get some insight...talking to driver placement is like pulling teeth. i guess they HATE doing their job and talking to people about job opportunities

kdubb...good luck...i have been asking about flats with them for awhile now and if you get on you gotta be there pretty long time from what i hear....not a big fleet right now.

I'm pulling a double drop deck hauling glass right now. It seems that with Werner they only offer you flat bed depending on the area you live in. It just so happens that there was an opening for this glass account that was only 40 miles from where I live. I didn't ask about the position, they just one day offered it to me.

instead of driver placement , try the terminal manager. I don't work for werner but it's just a thought that you try management

Not too long ago they sent a company wide message asking if anyone would have interest in relocating to Memphis or Kansas City if they started local routes. The message also stated they would help with relocation to places for local positions. I know they have local in Omaha and Chicago. I think Phoenix also.
