Getting safety points for people "calling in on you"

how do you guys feel about that



I got 4 safety risk point things from swift a few months back because apparently someone called in a month before that and said I turned my turn signal off too quickly and almost ran them off the road by a rest area. It was a dumb story but since they waited so long to tell me I didn't even care at that point just said ok and continued my home time


How do you guys feel about this tho since alot of people can lie or even be at fault but report you for something

 

If you don't like how Swift treats you then get a real job. This is what you can expect when you work for a company like that.

You don't need any more experience to change jobs. Dallas is loaded with CDL-A jobs.
How many months experience do you have now?

 

Should have asked for the date and then checked against your logs. See if you were even in the area.

I have had that happen before... kind of hard when you are on one coast and they say the incident happened on the other coast when your logs show where you are.

They want to write you up for something some random person said? I would have to tell my travel agent that WE are not even going to have this conversation.

He said she said won't hold up anywhere. Your turn signal going off has nothing to do with their lack of control.
