Hey guys, I’m approaching my one year experience mark and have decided to do something in tank/bulk hauling. Thus far I’ve been stuck in an automated since I got my cdls last year, but thankfully don’t have any restrictions for it. So who would be a great option to get my start? I’m very flexible where I can be, but I’m currently living around Knoxville TN. I’d hope they could let me practice with a stick shift or have an automated I could use. I’d prefer the stick due to job options lol. I’ll be getting all my endorsements within the month and have my twic card.

Oh awesome. I’d imagine some of their Glassdoor reviews should be taken with a grain of salt then. Have you driven for them?

No, I haven't driven for that company. My tanker experience is with Tankstar, but I don't recommend them if there's something better in the area.
You can make well over $100K with Trimac Transportation in their Elite Fleet. The Elite Fleet runs coast to coast, but requires 2 yrs. driving experience. You already have one year driving experience, so you could hire on now and move into the Elitie Fleet in 12 mos. They do hire new cdl grads by the way. Never know until you ask, maybe they can slide you into that long haul fleet early.

    Adrienna Brown Thanks this.
