Hi I'm 27 yeas old. I have my Cdl a with x endorsement already. I worked in the oil field for almost two years using my license. I'm laid off now and want to drive for someone. I am having trouble finding a job due to my criminal background. I have one wreck three years ago and one speeding ticket three years ago. I have three felonies one in 2007, 2009, and the most recent 2014. None of which are violent or involve drugs. But the on in 2014 is accident involving injury and I'm currently on probation for it. I don't care if its local regional Otr I don't care I just want to drive. Are there any suggestions out there for someone in my situation.?

I'm not worried about it I've been through a lot and I doubt any negative fees back will bother me. Just looking for an opportunity.

Try these companies and ignore what the websites have; they all bend their own hiring policies:

    TransAm
    PI&I Motor Express
    Carolina Cargo
    Florida Beauty Express

I recommend doing their online application then follow up with a phone call; "I'm checking on my job application." This gives the company something to look at and they have all the info right on their computer screen while they're talking to you.
