Help me narrow down options! NH new CDL-A

Hello,
I am 39 and looking to narrow down some of my choices- any recommendations or company suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I live in. The middle of NH (but am close to Portland ME, and about 2 hrs from some of the Terminals in North Reading MA.

I just graduated and passed my ?CDL-A so I would prefer a company that offers some sort of tuition reimbursement. I am flexible on home time- I don’t mind going OTR to learn but eventually would like to be regional or local (in a couple years).

I have never had any moving violations, tickets or dui’s on my driving record- and I worked as a UPS driver this past winter season.

The career counselor at my school highly recommended Werner, and Schneider seems to have a lot of jobs and locations not too far. I just feel so overwhelmed with all the options and trying to make the right decision starting out for me and my family.
I am fine with a manual or automatic- but would prefer newer equipment.

Many schools, especially Roadmasters, push Werner and Schneider. It makes their job placement easy.
Which town are you in or near?
Do you have endorsements?

 

I am in North Conway NH- I just passed this past Saturday so I will go to the DMV Thursday to pick up my license. I plan on taking my doubles and triples as well as tankers- and should get those endorsements as well. Eventually I will try for Hazmat... but not quite yet.
