This is probably not realistic but I want to ask anyway. Is there a HONEST company, who treats you with respect, hiring in south Georgia(Valdosta), pays well, rider policy(wife), pet policy(1 lb Chihuahua) and nice equipment. I will lease or company. 7 years experience with no tickets, accidents and a clean background. I have been with mega carriers and leased twice. Dart, pay was good truck was junk and JCT truck was good pay was junk. We want to travel and make a living. She rides not drive. I am looking at NCI, Quality Carriers,Wil Trans and Big G.. not sold on any of them. Also want to run east to west.. Hope I ain't asking to much..lol..thanks

Sounds like you meet Wally World criteria.

I work for Big G and love it here. Nice Equipment, treated with respect, good and reliable hometime, decent pay (it's not great). You definatly won't be doing any west coast runs though. We rarely go west of the Mississippi. Rider and pets allowed, foe a small fee.

I'd think twice @ NCI if your thinking @ leasing. yes i know some there that have made it and some that haven't. Have you checked on Epes?
