i would go with the one that pays more as well as if you have a family the one with the best benefit package

Your journey has just begun. With those you can't choose wrong... because you can't go right.

ill tell you what I've told quite a few on here. Do your homework. You need to question the people you are talking to. The recruiters dont know everything and can not make a committment to you for the most part. Please don't be shy about asking anything you feel you need to know. You NEED to ask about things like SALARY, BENEFITS and by that I mean Health Insurance, hometime, vacations and any other thing you might think of. What type of orientation and training do they provide? Ask, ask, ask cause if you don't and you miss something important that you need to know, it's shame on you. If you can talk to drivers already working there do it. Go with the carrier that you feel best about. It's your career and you should try to make the most of it. Best of luck.

first, swift wont take u right into the flats no matter what they say to you, you have to work with them 6 months before they allow you to do that.
second, if they do allow u to do so right off the bat, then you can garuntee you wont be home EVER!, they dont get a lot of f.b around our area.
    third, id keep looking
did u do the 6 months at asc?? i went there, graduated in march.
ill PM you, so look out.
