Who will hire after a termination for violating company policy?

    If the violation was on an inspection, then it will show up on your PSP, so prospective employers will see it. Since it was dismissed, have you tried to DataQ it to see if you can get it removed from your PSP?

    This company may be one of the industry's best kept secrets. I know a guy that had the exact same situation happen to him. Got his ticket thrown out as well. My bigger concern is your experience level. Hopefully they have mercy on you. Just apply to any and every company and take what you can get, just to beef up your experience and develop consistent good behaviors.
