    If i got a warning ticket a year ago then got a speeding ticket out of state for 10 over can my company hold this against me and will I have any points taken off my license

    Yes they can, get a lawyer, get that ticket reduced. Some companies could ax you for that.

    Yes you will and yes they can
    Get on a prepaid legal program- NOW!
    It won't help with this one but will with future ones.
    Cops, especially city and county, love to ticket out of state drivers because you're not going to come back to fight the ticket (unless you're me- I love to argue- especially BS tickets!) and just pay the fine-they know this and count on it. An attorney- even a not so good one- showing in court for you makes a HUGE difference!
    The Judge will, first swear under his breath, and then agree to reduce the ticket because he wants to get something out it for his city or county.
    Best advice- watch your speed! Especially in town!

    A year ago is not that long ago in this industry so yes they can.
