I wonder if that's a state by state thing. My annual in GA doesnt have anything on it about provision sheets.

I'm right when I know I am. Never claimed to know everything, not even close. Hence why I'm on here seeking answers from people who know decades more than myself.
No disrespect to you, but when I get jumped by 3 fresh accounts in the same night over multiple threads, I get defensive because it's usually trolls. Ask some of the other long time members. I ask a lot of questions, it's how I learn. I dont have a company that specializes in this. It's just me, and I'll never go back to being a company driver, so I learn on the job. As I'd imagine many old school heavy haulers have done.

I've heard of a few guys saying they were stopped and inspected for having them on. Never heard an actual ticket. Personally I'd rather be seen, than have suzie rotten-crotch be texting and run into my load.
Like having steady neons on a bike.

Well a couple things, first you knew you were right but you weren’t on several things.

As said above about thre sign size. It ain't about safety. It's about doing what the state tells you to do.

You should take a step back and breathe. You jumped down the throat of a lot of guys that was just trying to inform you of the regs.

It's new years, have a drink and relax.

No, but bright flashing lights catch peoples attention more. I try to be overly cautious

Read the bold part above the line where you sign it. You signing the permit is you saying you know all the laws including the ones not on the permit
GA is fine with the 12x60 sign BTW:
