I was excepted to a trucking company but had to go to there school frist even though i have my cdl A.They asked me if i ever had a felenoy i said no. so here is the thing when i was 12 i was arested for a felony bu it was sealed so they couldnot find what was in it. they told me that if i did not tell them what it was and they found out they would send me home and put it on my dac and i would never work as a trucker again so i told them and they sent me home . do u think they still put it on my dac.

b/c he said that they would find any thing and that he woked for the police and if we did not tell now when they found it they would put on are DAC and he would make sure that we never work as a trucker again . so think i couldjust get out and cut my loss.thats what i did.

I think if the felony was when you were 12 it would be in juvenile court. And therefore not applicable to your adult criminal record. Shoulda kept quiet. I doubt they can put it on your DAC too.

yah now i know . it was just a trick they played and i fell for it. I was not the only one .so i cam home and call the govener office and they put me to the office of gov.pardons to see if i could get it removed completly for the next time i go to a new company and they said they have no record to pardon me on and that i have never been arested . so now what do i do. if they put it on my DAC can i fight. Would they have to have the facts in order to put it on my dac. Do they have the right to disclose a sealed document that they cant even find.

Man, you should have tried to have this expunged long ago. And sealed means sealed, and any officer would know that. I'd be calling an attorney. Only a judge can "unseal" a record. Not a company, and certainly not an officer.

To add to that, even if you admit to a juvenile history, the company does not any legal right to put your record public...so if they did post that to your DAC report, you have recourse against both the company and the current owners of DAC..big mistake on their part if they didn't verify before making public any criminal history...GET AN ATTORNEY ON THIS ONE...but check your DAC report first.

CR England sure does put their foot in the mouth a lot!
