How can u go to a private CDL school and pay the bills at same time?

I know i already knew this but im really screwing my self with the "free" spnsered CDL course
but what is the best way to go to private school and make a living while going ? seems impossible.
but you do reall get the shaft foing the "freeway" seems like there are better options for pay if you fo private?
also good private school in South West - So Cal refion
and what average cost (dont want over pay-haha)
and average time to complete?

Short answer, IMHO, is have enough money saved before you start school.

I knew for the most part before getting my CDL that shacking up with some random cat for 6 weeks wasn't my cup of tea. I'm too partial to the way I personally like to do things and I'm particular about my living quarters. I already knew hour to drive a rig so I was just looking at the quickest way to acquire my cdl, that gave you allotted amount of hours of training that companies would prefer to see. I was fortunate enough at the time to have a family member who received a decent sized inheritance around the time I was kicking around the idea of getting my CDL. I was loaned the money from said family member, and went to the school of my choice that was local and was in and out in a month. Now keep in mind we were showing up at 7 in the morning and we were in "school" until anywhere from 3-5 in the afternoon. I got my cdl, went to work for a local outfit and paid the money back and never looked back. If you have a spouse that works, get yourself an evening job that you go straight to after school to still keep the bills paid and pay for school, if they have some type of payout option. If not, save up the required funds, pay for school and still get a night job to keep cash coming in. There's many ways to skin a cat.
