Applied with Swift about 2 weeks ago. Need to go to their school here in San Antonio. Communicated with the recruiter for the school via email. He directed me to another website for take care of the required paperwork. I havent heard anything from them since. About how long does it take until I hear back from them.

I would guess about a week, normally. Depending on just what they do with an app. If they verify a lot of stuff, they might have to wait for that verification to come back. If they have oddles and oddles of apps, yours might get shuffled around and fall into a deep dark hole. Try calling, maybe you can rattle someones cage and get something going.

Myself it took almost 4 weeks to finally get a call back from my recruiter. I even had a pre-hire and after I graduated form a local school I was assigned a recruiter and after leaving several messages she finally called back the other day. Now I have to wait a few more days so they can get an updated MVR. So who knows how long it will be after this? Just hang in there, I'm sure their phones never stop ringing and they will get back with ya. I would try and call them every other day until you get an answer.

Digangi - I contacted a Swift recruiter the first week of October and then really started the process in mid October. I am scheduled to start training at Millington on December 14.

I did an online app with them. I was told in my area February. They are full up and slow. I should call and see what the story is.

Either that they don't want to hire from outside their school.

First, call the recruiter to make sure he got the application.
Then ask him how long he expects the review to take.
Then ask him when the next opening int the SA class is.

    It's different, school to school.

    goodluck

Hey Nana, thanks for all the info the other day, talked to a recruiter yesterday(not very helpful) we are working on getting all the applications done. Looks like I will have to go solo for awhile to be able to do the mentoring like y'all did. will keep you posted thanks again.
