Schneider is build to exploit new drivers, work for low pay but can't leave for other company, how they do that, by getting you into violations, or give bad reference.

 

Trucking is a scam.everywhere.

 

jmo, YOU are the only one that can get yourself into violations.. you control what decisions you make. if you have a bad record & gotta take on with a bad company, bite the bullit. keep your nose clean for a year(no violations), then apply & see what a differance it makes. all of us make a choice everyday to be a part of the problem, or part of the solution. YOUR CHOICE

How does a company force drivers into violations?

 

For one, the DBL can give you #### for no reason, distract you while driving, your chances of getting an accident will be much higher.

 

Sending you to a shipper at the end of your shift?
Company just wants the load on your truck..couldnt care less, if you eat,shower, or shave
