Typically rule set changes are done in the Connect portal.

When the logged in user has access privileges (for example Fleet Managers) they can edit a driver group settings. One of the parameter is “Service Cycle”. The drop down will allow you to change to Canadian Cycle 1 rule set.

Yes that is what the logs dept. told me and they added me to the 'canada' group and it now switches automagically.
