    Dear experienced owner operator,

I would like to know how you become a U.S bonded carrier?

I did a little research on google, I found that you have to get in contact with an approved surety that writes customs bonds on CBP form 301. I don't know how this works?who to contact?how long does it take to get approved etc? Any info would be helpful. Thanks

Has NOTHING to do with being FAST approved. Your insurance company should be able to do this for you. Generally the cost is 1% of the bond plus the admin fee.
