How to report truck abandonment by driver to DAC report ?

    A driver just abandoned one of my trucks with a load at a TA Truckstop and gave the keys to the woman at the fuel desk who called me to let me know. How do I report this so it appears on his DAC report ?

    Dang that had to be one pissed off driver.
    What's the story?

    Just curious if this driver should have a bad DAC report Or if your company should be avoided.

    Obviously the guy is upset,,,OP wants to send driver off the deep end and do like the driver in Michigan who came back and got his revenge shooting the terminal manager to death.
    We dont have DAC in my FREE country, too much chance of spiteful employers abusing a system such as DAC.

    Oh H#!! give the OP some credit it takes alot of nutts to post a thread basically saying I just pissed off a driver so bad he said up yours and walked and I want to know how to F him even more.... but Iam not gonna tell the rest of the story

    So it happened at the fuel island?

    Did the truck not start back up once he was fueling and it was the fifth time this month?
    Did your fuel card not work again for the fifth time this month?
    Was there a last straw type situation happening that he had tried to get you to fix for weeks?


    On the other hand I have seen drivers do some pretty stupid &^*& so maybe OP has a legit complaint

    I am guessing that we wont find out because of the "one hit wonder " vibe I am getting from this thread
