We have both swing and stationary. Honestly Ive never had a problem with either. When the swing ones get old and rust they tend to stick. But it wouldnt be a deal breaker either way.
I prefer fixed glad hands... And Straight rubber airlines with good kink guards. But thats mainly just personal preference.
Didnt like them as a yard dog to hard to get ahold of , there nice if your stacking trailers nut to but.
