I have a 2019 5700xe without ATC. 12v at fuse, 2v at HVAC controller. Any ideas where to look or does a sensor have a reputation for this? Sleeper controller won’t power up either.

Sounds like you need to check wiring. Post the unit's last 6 of vin, and I can show some wiring of what to check if you'd like.

I'm having the same issue here in a 2019 5700xe! What was the problem?

It was the plug that plugs into the back of the fuse block. Terrible design.

Thanks! So you only had 2 volts at the cab Module? My fan is the only thing that works, nothing else, bunk won't work either

Yes at the control panel, but fan didn't work.
