I am in training to get my CDL-A, my two accidents never occured to me until now.

One accident occurred in 2018 and is off my MVR record. The other occurred in 2023. MVR is as follows.
I have a case ID with no end date from my 2023 accident. No one was hurt, car was towed, I swerved to miss someone who pulled out in front of me and busted my radiator and bumper. I was not issued a citation at the time. Insurance found me to be "more than 1% at fault, but not at fault"
Is this a non starter for me? In particular my wife and I are trying to drive teams for Sneider.

I do not have my CDL yet, I have signed up for the course at my local community college and I am studying for the learners permit there. I have not paid for the course yet and could still use another option. I needed a weekend course to hold down my current job to pay the bills while training.
I am in eastern NC, everyone around here suggested Sneider considering that I even had an accident on record and wanted to drive Teams with my wife right off the bat.

 

You're in a great location for team jobs. You and the wife get all the endorsements; all of them, including hazmat. You might get a load of paint or fingernail polish and they require hazmat endorsement. Another married couple that just graduated from CDL school, just landed a good job pulling doubles for Covenant.
I'm going to list more companies that hire teams right out of CDL school.
