I got a ticket going through a small town approaching the town there was no signs and no direction on which way truck should go. I did not see a sign until I got inside the town and that's when the cop pull me over.
    Can I fight this ticket?

You can, and probably should, fight any ticket.

Just because you didn't see the sign doesn't mean it wasn't there. If you do intend to ask for a court date, that means you are willing to go back to the jurisdiction at least once. Before you do all of that I would hop in the trusty 4 wheeler and drive the route from both directions, taking lots of pictures. If the sign isn't there, or if it is defaced or hidden by roadside landscaping, this will help your case. If it is clearly there, then pay the ticket.
I am not a lawyer, but I watch them on TV.

Good guess, and I suspect the same.

I got one in Ohio (Cincinnati area) a couple years ago (for blindly following a GPS), and it was $99 with no points. I paid it, and it never showed up anywhere on any record or background check. A hundred dollar mistake I never before, and never again will make.

There is a loop around Gladewater, and Texas is usually good about bypass signage.
Was this east or west bound us80 or north or south 271? Or some other road?
