    What type of permits will I need. I have zero experience running a commercial bakery but I love eating pastries.

    Oh.... I also want to continue running my truck Otr. And only being home for my 34hr reset. Is it possible? What ovens are the best?

    What else am I missing?

    You’ll need some pots and pans. I’ve heard something about people not having a pot to pee in,so I guess they’re the Gatorade bottle of trucking. I’ve heard bed pans are nice to have,not sure what the crossover trucking would be.

    Build the oven rite into the truck and just sell your baked goods in the T/S parking lot.

    I'll lease you a building. But I want $5,000/month plus you pay all utilities, property taxes, $500/month for oven and utensil maintenance and I want 50% of the gross on every item sold.

    :p

    @Socal Xpress

    You’ve gotta jump on a 1099 lease deal.
