What type of permits will I need. I have zero experience running a commercial bakery but I love eating pastries. Oh.... I also want to continue running my truck Otr. And only being home for my 34hr reset. Is it possible? What ovens are the best? What else am I missing?
You’ll need some pots and pans. I’ve heard something about people not having a pot to pee in,so I guess they’re the Gatorade bottle of trucking. I’ve heard bed pans are nice to have,not sure what the crossover trucking would be.
