Many of us on this forum will spend all the time in the world writing our complaints of the shipper, or the receiver, or complain about the trucking company we work for, or complain about the regulations, blah, blah, blah....

I wonder how many of us actually take the time to write to the person / organization that offended us? I wonder how many of us take the time to write a complaint to a bad shipper, or receiver?

I recently had the opportunity to deliver a product to a consignee. I was so impressed with the way the entire staff treated me.... from the guard shack, office personnel, and unloaders, I spent the time to write a huge THANK YOU to the company's corporate headquarters.

What a great feeling I received from thanking someone for doing their job! What a FANTASTIC response I received from their corporate personnel!

Just wanted to write that if you're spending your time writing comments here on this forum.... no one else but those of us here on these forums is going to see it. You need to take the time to write directly to the party that you wish to address.

Things can change, if you're willing to make the changes.

They ain't Tasty Kakes anymore. They changed the name to Kandy Kakes. I didn't know that either until someone pointed it out on facebook.
