Looks like I will be here for another 1-2 days. Had to order a tank. Be in tomorrow. Radiator shop says they should be able to have it back together and here by tomorrow evening.

I understand what your saying but with $934 fixed cost that I have if I drop to 1800 miles a week for very long I'm drastically in the hole. The planners have to work with our customers on load planning better, we can't have our customers expecting us to run some of the loads we get. It's easy for us to blame JCT but majority of this falls to the customers and they have JCT and other companies by the short hairs. Shippers want their produce and meat loads for example 1900 miles in 48 hrs and if JCT and other companies don't comply they will find someone to do it. No matter what CSA 2010 has planned there will always be someone who will run.

Sitting here at the Days Inn here in Tulsa. Waiting on the tornado and storm to pass thru. Radiator shop had to order a side tank for the radiator. Should be back tomorrow. I may be back together and rollin tomorrow night or Wednesday. I got alot accomplished in the offices today. I ventured into the enchanted land commonly know as "upstairs" today LOL Was the first time I have ever been up there. It was very quiet up there.

There is nothing needed to buy. Pretty much all you need to know is on the website. True, somethings only hit on the rough edges. Most of it is common sense tho. Unfortunately, I'm seeing more and more drivers already going into panic mode about this CSA 2010 mainly due to misunderstanding when in all actuality WE ALL KNOW what is right & wrong and what we can & can't do. Please everyone! Don't panic about this new bump in the road. Just like every other new law, policy, rule, etc. we improvise, adapt and overcome.

sure we improvise if your neck is bigger than 17 inches your paying 900 bucks for a sleep apnea test because the government says your fat and cant possibly sleep good..

if your eyes are bloodshot an officer can shut you down for 10 hours because your "fatigued"

if your bunk isnt made its 20 points and a 10 hour break because youve gotta be "fatigued"

a warning ticket is 15 points

you start with 400 unless they decide to use the previous 3 years against ya
