Thinking about applying at Joe Brown out of Ardmore, Ok. Anybody on here ever drive there or know anybody that does? They do end dumps, belly dumps and wind wagons.

They have an ad in the DFW craigslist for frac sand drivers. I have seen them over the years hauling frac sand in Texas but they were few far and between. Their trucks are green and orange (ugly), and looked to be older trucks. Maybe someone else can give you more info.

I drove for them for a few years. I enjoyed it and It was diverse. Not the same thing day in and day out. Like all jobs there is good and bad. I still have friends there and they say things have gotten better. I did mainly the HAZ-MAT, But ended up in end dumps and belly dumps now and then. Back when I drove my first truck was 10 plus years old. I bet you cant find a truck 10 years old with em now. Prostars and Freightliners most of em. And as for the Green and Orange paint jobs......It grows on ya! They have been in buisness a long time.

Joe Brown Company is a small 3rd generation family owned company in business for over 67 years. Lots of history and a fantastic company to work for. The equipment is relatively new and well maintained by their own maintenance shops.
