Want to team up with some idiot who can't drive? Drive for Covenant.

Want to go a week or two without a paycheck due to "computer problems"? Drive for Covenant.

Want to roll a whole 4,000 miles or less as a team? Drive for Covenant.

Want a real job? Try absolutely anywhere else!

Oh yeah, there are no solo driver opportunities at Covenant for newbie drivers, I don't give a flying frip what lies your recruiter spouted at you. Covenant is the new CRST (Crash and Roll Stunt Team!). Predominantly team, crap equipment and maintanence, worse training. If you go to Covenant, don't come back here sniveling about how bad it was. You have been warned.

Sandsquid, my suggestion is to talk to some current Covenant drivers. This forum is rarely positive about any carrier, regardless of accuracy. Every carrier makes mistakes. Every carrier tries to combat the negativity this industry carries with it. If you are a half empty kind of person, you won't make it in this business. I also know Covenants trucks have an average age of 14 months and they are buying lots of new trailers. Their niche is hazmat teams running expedited freight. Go to their DAC page shown above if you want more insight from Covenant drivers. Good luck!

Just stating facts American Trucker. Don't know average miles or rate of pay but I know it's a lot more than .25 or 1500 miles. Sandsquid, this industry is full of negative folks and we desperately need to change that.
