I have used some filler material that I purchased from my local Trailer dealer, but I can’t remember the name of it.

How much filler did u use? Did it last long? This shipper i work with is kind of particular on how good the floor is because they have expensive robots that load the trailer and dont want the floor breaking.

Washouts are not good for dry van trailers. Water soaks into the floor and makes the wood swell then it contracts as it dries leading to cracks and weakening the floor. I always avoided nasty loads that would require washouts like the plague when j had a van.

Probably used about a quart I think it came in a half gallon tub.
I did it when I purchased the trailer probably back in 2012 and it’s still working.
I haul furniture so I need to slide blankets along the floor so I also coated it with a couple coats of lacquer to make sure the blankets slide good.

Nice, i probably going to do it. Did it take long to do the whole trailer. I’m guess prepping the floor takes just as long as applying the filler.

I only had a few cracks to fill, the real time is sanding down the floor and applying the lacquer
