Check Careerbuilder website for that local running.

With 2 years experience, not sure either mega carrier makes all that much sense. PHX is Knight's corporate HQ and if I understand correctly, each Knight terminal acts as a separate profit center. The recruiter for Fontana was based in PHX. Dunno why. Knight also has intermodal out of PHX with up to 5 hr unpaid waits in the San Diego Harbor. Long Beach Harbor not so bad, I'm told. (Have not done intermodal for many years nor seen Gordon PHX terminal.)

Gordon Rancho Cucamongo is new, modern, lots of daycabs. Had a very good recruiter there, Valerie, who left. My bet you end up and down I-5 with either. Especially Gordon up into the NW. How do you like snow & ice??

With 2 years experience it's time to 'graduate' out of the mega 'starter' carriers entirely and focus on smaller carriers that pay better and then you're not 1/2000 or 1/4000. You could start here: http://www.fleetdirectory.com/bylocation/arizona.htm
    Or here: http://www.quicktransportsolutions.com/carrier/arizona/phoenix.php#.UkjK2Gt5mSM

Ruan has a strong presence in the SW and not a 'starter' carrier. Altho also big, you're not likely to get skunked on pay as with Knight/Gordon. Ruan has good, dedicated positions with assigned equipment. Good $$.
